Jason Connery has been an actor for over thirty years, appearing in more than Seventy five films and Television shows, he continues to act, but also teaches, being flown, for intensive on camera seminars to a multitude of American cities.
Although he directed many plays throughout his career, and started “Short Mondays” a venue for people to show their short films. 12 years ago Connery started directing feature films using his production company Unconditional Entertainment, he directed and Produced “Pandemic” which was sold all over the world, that led to “The Devil’s Tomb” released by Sony, starring Cuba Gooding, Ron Perlman and Ray Winstone, which he also produced. Connery then went on to direct an Original feature for the Syfy Channel, “51”, with Bruce Boxleitner, their highest viewed film of the year, and on to, “The Philly Kid” for Warner Brothers, produced by Joel Silver, starring Wes Chatham, Neal McDonough and Michael Jai White. In 2015, Jason directed Tommy’s Honour, on location in Scotland. A true story about Old Tom and Young Tom Morris, about the founding fathers of modern-day golf, and their struggles from the game to family dynamics. This film stars Peter Mullan, Jack Lowden, Ophelia Lovibond & Sam Neill and won the 2016 BAFTA for Best Feature Film.
Jason is currently working on a few projects, one being First Stage Studios, a new production company, located in Edinburgh, Scotland.
